About the Role

The Commercial Banking Relationship Manager is a key position responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute relationship management strategies to deepen client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated solutions to clients, leveraging Citi's global capabilities and expertise.
  3. Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
  4. Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services and solutions.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with senior RMs, product specialists, and subject matter experts to structure customized solutions.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and needs to provide tailored advice and guidance.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Citi's policies, and guidelines at all times.

Requirements

  1. 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of commercial banking products, processes, and industry trends.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
  5. Proven track record of success in relationship management, business development, and client service.
