Help them work through their issues. Be ahead of the curve by sharing new product releases or content relevant to their business. Listen to their feedback to help the Product and R&D team innovate new features. Ultimately, you’re there to ensure that our customers are more successful.

What you will do:

In charge of the client’s lifecycle with AppsFlyer, from onboarding, value realization to renewals. Ensure that the client gets value from AppsFlyer platform Provide client with best practices on mobile and marketing analytics Drive AppsFlyer feature adoption with clients Train clients on AppsFlyer features and keep them updated Be the clients’ voice inside AppsFlyer Manage internal stakeholders along with external ones Create upsell and cross-sell opportunities with clients Deliver presentations and frequent interaction with CXO audience Leading client retention and renewals with low-tier clients

What you have:

2+ years of experience with digital marketing / Saas products / product management Excellent multi-task management, prioritization and time management skills  Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points:

Preferred experience in servicing SaaS products  Preferred experience with mobile advertising / analytics landscape. Being recommended by an AppsFlyer employee
