What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Grow Schroff business in East of China, including Nanjing, Hefei
  • 发展Schroff产品业务在华东区域,包括南京、合肥等地
  • Sell specific products or service to target customers
  • 针对目标客户销售特定的产品及服务
  • Develop new customers in target vertical, especially in Telecom and Test & Measurement
  • 发展目标行业新客户,尤其在测试测量以及电信行业
  • Develop new partners to increase market share
  • 发展新的业务合作伙伴以增长市场份额
  • Achieve AOP
  • 完成AOP目标

  • First contact window in front of customers, daily communication with customers

  • Identify, define and develop solutions to issues that are not immediately evident in existing processes and systems.

  • Promote the company's products & brands  effectively utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, distributor and end-user product trainings.

You have:

  • Bachelor Degree in electronics/engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 电子/工程专业本科学历
  • Minimum five years working experience in sales/marketing position
  • 5年相关行业销售市场岗位经验
  • Work under pressure

  • Good at communication

  • Technical understanding
