Role Description

The opportunity
Unity Technologies is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our advertising demand team as a performance manager. You excel in performance advertising, love problem-solving, and analyze data to establish insights. We want you to drive our UA efforts to improve growth for our partners. You will develop and maintain significant relationships with our key partners at every level, maintain a keen understanding of the customer’s UA strategy, product roadmap, operations, and needs, ensure those needs are met on time, and communicate those needs to the appropriate people within Unity.

You will be the specialist in providing user acquisition advice to help our mobile app clients spend their budget wisely and achieve the best return on investment of their performance marketing spend. A strong candidate will turn data into information, information into insights, and insights into business decisions.

What you'll be doing

Review the campaign's performance and drive insights. Use analytical BI tools to retrieve data from large data warehouses and work with data visualization tools to deliver business insights. Communicate with customers and ensure clients' campaign settings align with our best practices. Provide advertisers with data-driven growth strategy recommendations and campaign performance optimization. Help clients to solve daily optimization performance issues. Ensure campaign performance-related issues are handled quickly and appropriately with advertisers Collect feedback from advertisers and communicate closely with the product team to improve the product user experience. Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including the client partner, growth strategy, Product, Ad support, and marketing to prioritize and support execution.

What we're looking for

Bi-lingual with Chinese and English. Experience with UA in gaming or mobile advertising companies. Data-driven, proactive, self-motivated personality who is willing to share and easy to communicate.

Use data analysis tools to drive insight effectively. Lead a project that has a global impact. Expert-level understanding and integration into the current China gaming market.
