Lead or proactively support cross-functional projects to ensure the communication of business strategy, feedback, and execution monitoring among different business units within the OBU Sales Team. Drive the process through strong leadership, reach alignment with different parties, and ensure the delivery of the final result. Initiate innovation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of field execution. OBU Sales team quality management coordinator, drive quality mindset. Sampling management Lead project to enhance OBU national sales winning culture to promote experience sharing so as to help business performance. Lead continuously improvement of the process - ensure the optimal performance being delivered in the most efficient and effective manners Team management including personnel management, JD, 3P cascade down, etc. and related project.The requirements
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry and future trend, industry benchmark, sales management practice, etc. Bachelor degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration Fluent English is required More than 5 years multi-national company experience More than 2 years project and process management experience Multi-national company working experience Good cross function communication, cooperation and alignment capability Good non-authority/power influence capability Cross function process optimization capability Problem solving capability under complicated situation Work under pressure and multi-task Can pay attention both to macro direction and to detail worksWe commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
