Our Talent Acquisition team identifies diverse top talent around the country for a wide range of positions at Edelman. This role is an exciting opportunity to join the China Talent Acquisition team and will recruit across the four China offices and its entities. You will collaborate with leadership, hiring managers and People colleagues. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a PR, advertising, digital, or creative agency environment recruiting across multiple functions including account services, creative, digital / social, strategy, or other integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

Full life-cycle recruiting to attract the most talented and diverse people to come to Edelman. This includes everything from market intelligence/research/insights/sourcing to outreach, attraction and assessment. Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders to identify strategy and creative methods to address hiring needs, both immediate and long term. Be a trusted and credible partner who proactively recommends solutions  Become an expert in the businesses that you support as part of the APAC Talent Acquisition team. Ensure other teammates are set up for success when recruiting for these positions. Establish collaborative, client and partner focused relationships with hiring managers and People Partners  Position Edelman as an employer of choice through marketing of our Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain top talent  Ensure an impressive candidate experience at every touch point  Regularly communicate recruitment status to Leadership, Manager, Finance and People Partners  Build and maintain relationships in the market through both established and updated channels  Consistently connect with key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans  Develop repeatable processes and find ways to streamline recruitment cycle  Leverage different talent acquisition teams at Edelman, personal networks and beyond to keep a competitive edge in our recruitment efforts  Collaborate with People Partners and Finance to develop compelling offers  Keep all records up to date in ATS (Lever)  Work with Manager and teammates to upgrade recruiting tools and resources. Share knowledge across a cohesive team.  Participate in China & APAC Talent Acquisition team projects  Perform other duties as assigned 

Requirements

BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience At least seven years’ progressive experience of recruiting experience (in house and / or agency- preferred) Knowledge of the public relations and/or advertising industry and how agencies work Proven track record of successful, independent management of high volume, complex recruitment Digital savvy with experience recruiting and promoting employer’s culture and brand via social media and other digital Experience and interest in recruiting top talent across multiple disciplines: Creative, Planning/Strategy. Account, Corporate Affairs, Digital, Health, Analytics, etc. Leadership and interpersonal skills; excellent organization, communication, and writing skills Attention to detail, resourcefulness and creativity Maintain strong relationships with all levels of employees to promote employee satisfaction Understanding the business; provide guidance to hiring managers; client service acumen Proficient in English, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
