Objective of job
• Regular sales performance tracking & Implement deep-dive parts performance analysis
• Parts & Digital Service team project management and coordination
• Service marketing support

Task description
1. Sales performance tracking & Implement deep-dive parts performance analysis: 
• Conduct parts sales performance deep dive KPI analysis, define root-cause and steer each business line on solutions and actions
• Monitor parts sales, retention data and deep-dive to identify potential area & focus areas. Set up monitor and internal communication mechanism.
• Develop monthly/Daily sales report for business analysis
2. Data warehouse maintenance and development 
• Regular maintain data warehouse and running reports
• Diagnose, update and develop data warehouse functions based on business requirements
3. PVM calculation and payout
• Calculate Parts VM on month, semi-year and annual basis
• Align with Controlling & accounting of BMBS & FBAC on Parts VM provision
• Conduct PVM payout to dealers.
4. Business and project Coordination
• Develop the project management plan and work closely with external partners from top the end, ensure of smooth operation (such as Risk Dealer analysis and management, etc.)
• Support on cross function project (such as Dealer Standard Survey, etc), In close cooperation with cross-functional teams and departments to maximize the results from all channels
5. Support on service marketing topic
• Perform copy writing, editing and proofreading for marketing content
• Work with internal marketing teams on other aftersales related events, e.g. TechMaster, etc
• Plan and execute annual dealer conference and semi-annual regional dealer conferences
6. Reporting and Team Coordination
• Team meeting organization and follow up 
• Promote Sales & digital internal communication and cooperation, such as internal report consolidation.
7. Ad-hoc coordination work

This is a limited term position with 2 years fixed employment contract.

Qualifikationen

Education 
Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Engineering with relevant majors. Automotive industry with retail or wholesale experience is preferably.

Experience 
• Around 3 years experience in an automotive business environment, both retail and wholesale with particular responsibilities for data analysis, reporting and data warehouse maintenance. 
• Good strategic thinking and personnel management skills as well as good communication, presentation, computer and customer relations skills.

Specific Knowledge
• Data analysis, reporting experience (specific knowledge of Circle, Power BI is a plus)
• Knowledge of After-Sales parts/service business
• Well organized and logical thinker, and attention to details, good at concept development. 
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in Chinese and English
• Innovative thinking with experience of digital transformation and data-driven retail
• Positive, proactive, self-motivated attitude coupled with good time management, pressure management and conflict resolution skills
