Job Description

  • Be responsible for stationery ordering, checking, prepare payment request for stationery.
  • Promptly and professionally answers incoming telephone calls and greets clients and visitors to the office in a friendly & professional manner. Responsible for monthly telephone list update.
  • Travel arrangement, include hotel & tickets booking, cab for pick up and travel expense claims.
  • Office equipment maintenance, Ordering Toners, Contact with vendor for repairing.
  • Communicate with printing company for business card, documents printing and binding.
  • Check express records and prepare payment request for monthly express.
  • Timesheet, monthly cash reimbursement & travel expense checking.
  • Assist with IT server tape changes, new staff laptop preparation.
  • Ad hoc administration support when requested.

Qualifications

  • College education or above.
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in office administration.
  • Good skill of MS office.
  • Good at both written & oral English preferred.
  • Good communication skill with team spirit.
  • Honest and reliable.
