You will be reporting to Marketing Director and will be responsible for developing brand and China brands strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the targets. So, if you have ideas, we want to hear them The right person for this role will work closely with our Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and HR teams, so a good communicator is a must. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have tack record as Sr. Brand Manager gained within a consumer goods or commercial business.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
- Build robust brand equity and consumer love with relevant consumer messaging, content, experience, and integrated support across touch points
- Leverage global and local resources to build strong product portfolio and pipeline to ensure sustainable growth
- Drive solid business results and share gain
- Manage project timelines of brand/product launches and the implementation of all marketing related activities
- Effective management of brand P&L, including A&P planning and product profitability
- Liaising with key stakeholders to accurately forecast for new products and existing product lines
- Briefing and executing Communication Plans inclusive of Media planning, Activation, Digital and Social
- Assist in all relevant reporting in relation to brand, category performance, consumer insights and competitor analysis
Experience
• Solid FMCG marketing experience for at least 7 years, including both product innovation and commercial development, with a track record of achievements. Personal care category knowledge and experience is preferred.
• Have good business acumen to identify opportunities with strategies and activations to achieve, who have the big picture in mind with attention to details.
• A team leader who can initiative and drive key business projects with management alignment and cross functional team support to deliver results.
• People manager experience preferred.
• University educated and above
