Overview of the Job - Senior Merchant Jordan marketplace WOF - Sports:
The merchant focuses on consumer right assortment building for retail concepts across NSO,NSP and new channel, as well as product assortment sell-in to retail partners.

Consumer merchandising Marketplace Assortment planning Store marketing VMS Account sales / Sell-in & Sell-thruJob Responsibility:
Create profitable, sustainable Jordan sports assortment for retail concepts, suggests creative ideas and innovative solutions Be responsive & action oriented Deliver robust product sell-in to retailers, including sell-in tools preparation, product presentation & sample setup, etc. Explore consumer insights & marketplace trend thru creative ways to make art/science balanced assortment decision. Drive in-season product management based on solid weekly/seasonal sales analysis & consumer insights from retail concept. Evolve store product assortment strategy innovatively based on the fast-changing consumer demand & dynamic marketplace. Coordinate X-gender assigned project process and deliverables.Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
Bachelor's degree 5 years+ merchandising / buying experience in sportswear/streetwear industry Understanding and passion for brand & basketball (footwear & apparel) Explore multiple alternatives and approaches to overcome obstacles and find solutions GC local marketplace & consumer knowledge Solid English & Chinese language skill to deliver presentation and workExperience Required (Soft skills):
