About the Role



Amazon Global Selling is seeking a talented Sales and Business Development Manager to lead a team in South China, promoting and shaping the future of cross-border business in the region. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding business acumen, drive quality business planning and execution, and bring rich industry experience to develop local Seller Recruiting strategies and lead team growth in the regional cross-border ecosystem.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute local Seller Recruiting strategies to increase global selling market penetration
  • Lead a team to grow the regional cross-border ecosystem and promote business development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Manage long-term vision for region growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives


Requirements




  • 10+ years of successful sales and/or business development experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail technology, or software industries
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding marketing/business development/sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Exceptional team management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in sales marketing and pitching nascent products/services to new markets and customers
  • Highly analytical with the ability to manipulate and analyze data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Relationship management and communication skills
  • Experienced people management skill
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English


Preferred Qualifications




  • Experience in Global e-commerce, cross-border industry
  • Graduate BA or BS degree required, MBA preferred
  • Proven ability to influence others
  • Experience using analytical, marketing, and productivity tools
  • Track record of successfully scaling business campaigns
