A Day in the Life

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining corporate objectives and long-range plans to drive growth and financial profitability through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and licensing agreements.

  • Identify and analyze potential acquisition, merger, and licensing opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve corporate objectives and drive financial profitability.
  • Act as a corporate representative and negotiator in initial contact with candidates for merger, acquisition, or licensing.
  • Manage on-going licensing agreements, acquisitions, and/or alliances to extract maximum value from the relationship.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
