Regional Aftersales Manager

INEOS Automotive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Aftersales Manager to join our team in China. As a key member of our After Sales team, you will play a critical role in establishing the credibility of our Grenadier vehicle in the Chinese market.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement regional After Sales strategies to ensure maximum vehicle uptime and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and regional partner workshops.
  • Support local events and test drives from an After Sales perspective.
  • Monitor regional parts availability to minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Align and communicate with other regional After Sales managers to ensure benchmark approaches.

Requirements:

  • Strong After Sales background with proven track record in the OEM/IAM field.
  • Technical experience in understanding vehicle failures and breakdowns.
  • Commercial and aftersales acumen, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation, influencing, and relationship building skills.
  • Good command of English, with another Asian language beneficial.
