At GLG, we are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to spearhead our Private Equities, Client Solutions team in Shanghai. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a business plan to drive commercial growth and revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional client service, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and relationships.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business plan to achieve commercial targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of client service professionals
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to grow GLG's presence in Greater China
  • Stay up-to-date on private capital news and events to translate into valuable insights for clients

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, banking, information services, market research, or professional services
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively
