Key Responsibilities

  • Establish strategic partnerships with top property developers in China, building long-term cooperative relations and driving Franke tap, sink, and appliance sales.
  • Develop and manage relationships with developers, driving Franke specifications and business for projects.
  • Collect national/regional developer project lists, comparing with existing project data to uncover new opportunities and increase strategic project coverage.
  • Build project tracking systems, managing direct or distributor-partnered project bids.
  • Seek out market information relevant to Franke's business and innovation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience in developing top-tier real estate strategic accounts in China.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills.
  • Strong market information analysis and presentation skills.
