Key Responsibilities
- Establish strategic partnerships with top property developers in China, building long-term cooperative relations and driving Franke tap, sink, and appliance sales.
- Develop and manage relationships with developers, driving Franke specifications and business for projects.
- Collect national/regional developer project lists, comparing with existing project data to uncover new opportunities and increase strategic project coverage.
- Build project tracking systems, managing direct or distributor-partnered project bids.
- Seek out market information relevant to Franke's business and innovation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience in developing top-tier real estate strategic accounts in China.
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
- Strong market information analysis and presentation skills.
