Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish business development conversations with suppliers on Wayfair.
  • Communicate with suppliers via email and phone throughout the setup process.
  • Manage relationships with external partners providing supplier leads and resources.
  • Solve challenges and trends as they arise.
  • Report on the Acquisition team's progress, including successes and learnings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the supplier experience.
  • Influence the Asia-based Supplier Acquisition team's strategy and planning.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Fluency in English for written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to communicate with owners and executives of large companies.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Collaborative nature, with ability to build relationships and drive change effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical thinker who finds answers in data.
  • Ability to 'hit the ground running', with a self-starter mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset.
  • Experience in SQL and advanced Excel capabilities is a plus.
