About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our Home Appliance business, driving growth and development through strategic partnerships and exceptional sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual business plans, aligning with company objectives and leveraging market insights.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring effective execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 8-12 years of sales and leadership experience in the tech or market research industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
