Industrial Sales Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our Industrial Sales team at Continental. This role will focus on driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with distributors and customers in the Eastern region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies and policies to achieve individual sales targets and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Develop and maintain a strong distributor network, providing training and support to enhance their capabilities.
- Monitor account receivable balances, follow up with customers on outstanding payments, and ensure timely payment to manage cash flow and reduce potential bad debts.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition, reporting to the team leader and contributing to business growth.
- Maintain excellent relationships with external stakeholders, including end-users, design institutes, consulting firms, authorities, and others.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the industry.
- Previous experience with a multinational company is an asset.
- Self-initiative and self-discipline are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure, with frequent business travel.
