Role Description

The Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our CN Sales team at Unity, focusing on mobile ads.
  • As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, driving revenue growth and expanding our business within the gaming and non-gaming industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close revenue-generating advertiser and publisher partnerships.
  • Develop strategic plans to penetrate new verticals and acquire new clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, understand client business goals, and determine ideal solutions and new products.
  • Work with an international team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Field-based experience in gaming and non-gaming apps for the global market.
  • Experience in the gaming industry or mobile ads.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in strategic selling structures, pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consistent track record of structuring, developing, and completing strategic agreements.
