Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Innomotics Large Drives (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and electrical transmission, with a proven track record of success in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and promote Siemens Motor and Drive products, solutions, and services to responsible customers.
- Achieve yearly sales targets.
- Build a sound market-related network of stakeholders and develop new customers independently.
- Cooperate with technical teams and other internal departments to seize business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Contribute to the development of After-Market business in the region.
- Think actively about assigned tasks and act fast, collaborating with other colleagues and external partners in project business.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Transmission, or Mechanical Engineering.
- More than 3 years of sales experience, with demonstrated good sales capabilities in LV/HV Motors and MV Drives products.
- Sales experience in project business is preferred.
- Ability to build constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with good communication skills.
- Persistent, hardworking, and team-oriented, with integrity, honesty, and loyalty.
- Quick learner with good business sense.
