Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Align with Vx strategic imperatives and lead the Greater China R&D Team to deliver regional business growth.
- Technical Excellence: Provide Centre of Excellence service globally and drive the development of world-class technical customer experience.
- Project Delivery: Lead and drive strategic and tactical technical deliverables to grow and retain business in Greater China.
- Cost Management: Proactively manage within budget and develop business cases for CAPEX projects.
- Integration: Lead cross-functional stakeholders and integrate with internal/external customers to deliver differentiated solutions.
- Leadership Experience: Proven strong leadership experience in leading a technical organisation with a future focus.
- Technical Expertise: Delivery of world-class technical customer experience based on strategic and tactical decision making.
- Communication Skills: Able to display diplomacy in working with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Language Skills: Native Chinese speaker with high level of English skills.
