Job Description
1. Drive key customer Xiaomi business, build up relationship with varying levels, manage key products (embedded, SSD etc.) promotion & opportunity pipeline to better fit in company strategy.
2. Initial and coordinate North China region customers engagement in mobile, IoT, automotive segments, enlarge customer coverage/ opportunity exploration/ business growth.
3. Ensure strong execution in North China channel distribution partners for business strategy alignment, revenue goals, design-wins.
4. Be a lead & coordinator in driving cross-functional collaboration between multiple teams.
5. Provide consumer/ enterprise industry insights and technology/ product dynamics to better influence company strategy alignment.
Qualifications
1. Able to use English at a working proficiency level, good communication skills.
2. Pro-active with a CAN-DO attitude, able to accept new knowledge in a short time.
3. Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate within external & internal organization.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience.
5. Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust.
