Job Summary:

Support Wholesale & TT business to execute market strategy in wholesale & traditional trade channel, achieve Inv Sales / SGM% target.

Develop and improve customer base to build up an effective 2nd dealers distribution network, cross cities & channels.

The distribution network will assist in launching and distributing Newell Brands business in China, mainly for fine writing (Parker Brand) today.

Guide 2nd dealers to achieve business targets, incl Sell thru & Sell out and inventory management.

Job Duties:

Manage and guide the Sell-through and Sell-out of wholesale 2nd distributors nationwide, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets of Sell-through and Sell-out.

Execute the wholesale and TT strategy and plan to drive 2nd distributors to achieve their goals by implementing stationery & bookstores distribution, trade fair distribution, tier 3- tier 4 reseller distribution and group orders.

Execute various marketing activities including new product launch, promotion, training, TT key project & etc.

Generate and implement CA activities of wholesale & TT channel, manage and optimize the display, merchandising and brand image of wholesale market store and stationery store.

Statistics and management of display tools, counter, trade fair and decoration including application, distribution plan, product mix plan, promotion plan and feedback.

Manage the authorization of TT store including application, check and feedback. Guide the action on anti-counterfeit & anti- unauthorized store.

Conduct surveys and statistics on market price information, unauthorized store information, and competitive product information.

Job Requirements:

University degree or above

Minimum 6 years’ experience in well-known stationary / FMCG / Computer or Consumer electronics industry multinational company

Wholesales and field sales management and distributor mode management experience, knowledge and skills
