Sr. Sales Operations Specialist

• Fully support on Instrument sales team to implement daily operational request and business support
• Collaboration with Sales team and other functional team on daily business order supporting, business-related process implementation
• Support channel partners agreement process in system and other related channel process execution
• Good communication with channel partners in handling partners’ daily request
• Continue optimize on business related process to improve working efficiency.
• Support on business report and help on sales team revenue, booking pacing tracking
• Other sales operation related process build-up and follow up


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required and/or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in sales operations, channel support, business administration or other related field
• Basic knowledge with contract terms, conditions, Logistics, business
• Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both internal and external contacts
• Expert in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written English is a plus
