Responsibilities:

Distributors Account Development: Distribution management and business development in automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. Drive and manage customers together with Distributors to grow potential customers by demand creation. Relationship Management: Work with distributors to understand customers' profiles; provide all relevant information and communication with internal partners ( Key account sales, Marketing, FAE, and Management team). Have a good overview and understanding of Distributors’ value, core competencies, and management mapping to Allegro’s management. Annual Budget Achievement: To meet annual target setting and maximize business development agreed with management. Continuously strive for demand creation in the mass market for targeted/focus applications to achieve Design wins.  Business Opportunities development: Review all business relevant aspects regularly and coordinate necessary resources with distributors and internal. Able to work and convince distributors to invest time and resources to secure Allegro’s products in key projects. Service Objectives: To deal with all relevant organizations/people for service issues from a customer satisfaction perspective. Able to deal with Distributor conflicts with customers or Transfer business. Manage and prepare quarterly distribution business reviews and distribution monthly reviews.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, and above Field of study: major in Commercial, Electronic Engineering, Sales/Marketing Work Experience: 3-5 years in the related field / high-tech industry. Distribution management experience is preferred. Business English in reading, writing, listening and speaking. Good skills in PowerPoint and Excel will be an added advantage.
