Job Summary

The Senior HR Officer, HR Project Management role is crucial for coordinating high-level HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with the HR strategic roadmap. This position involves linking various projects across different teams within the HR Department, ensuring all projects deliver a unified message and maintain alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with HR leadership to coordinate the development and execution of strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
  2. Ensure work is progressing according to the HR strategic roadmap by coordinating with leaders within the department.
  3. Collaborate with HR team members to prepare comprehensive briefing documents, presentations, and reports.
  4. Plan, schedule, and facilitate internal meetings for the HR department.
  5. Coordinate team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions.
  6. Monitor and enforce adherence to organizational policies and standards.
  7. Assist in the planning and execution of change management initiatives within the HR department.
  8. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office of the HR Director General.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in human resources management or related fields.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English.
  3. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  4. Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.
  5. Understanding of HR functions, best practices, and employment framework.
  6. Master's degree or above in human resources or a related field.
