Accountabilities

Sales Strategy and Planning

  1. Develop and execute sales plans for assigned geographic areas, aligning with established objectives and targets to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Customer Acquisition and Management

  • Utilize market intelligence and knowledge to identify and acquire new customers through proactive means, including direct visits, phone calls, and referrals, within delegated authority.
  • Build trust with customers by understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and delivering effective solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Value Selling and Issue Resolution

  1. Apply value selling techniques to uncover customer needs and develop solutions that meet their explicit requirements.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with Sales and Customer Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support and Insights

  • Coordinate and maintain administrative sales processes and systems, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and company policies.
  • Provide management with insights and quantitative data on sales performance, supporting informed decision-making and strategic adjustments.

Continuous Learning and Projects

  • Maintain and develop product knowledge through local and global technical training, enabling effective customer consultations and sales.
  • Participate in sales and customer service-related projects, contributing to project outcomes and driving business growth.
