Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Align company goals with market trends and opportunities.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Identify areas for growth and inform business decisions.
  • Competitor Benchmarking and Capability Assessment: Analyze market position and internal strengths.
  • Data Analysis and Recommendation: Inform decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+ years in corporate strategy and business development, or 4+ years in strategy consulting with relevant experience.
  • Academic Background: Strong academic record, preferably with a scientific degree or advanced degree.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and technical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in Chinese and English.
  • Personal Qualities: Motivated, organized, friendly, and adept at collaboration.
