Job Description:

Overview

Ecolab is a leading company in the field of water, hygiene, and energy technologies. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue;
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client companies;
  • Complete various tasks at client sites, including bidding, sales, customized SOP development, new product launches, value selling, sales forecasting management, and business process management;
  • Collect and analyze data on clients and make informed decisions based on market trends and customer needs;

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B industry with a focus on key account management, preferably with successful case studies;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, data analysis, and presentation skills;
  • Familiarity with food safety or chemicals background is preferred;
  • Able to work long hours and travel frequently, with excellent independent working and stress management skills;
  • Strong English language skills are required;
