Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the company's metal cutting strategy in China, growing Kennametal's share at S2MC customers through various channels, and developing retail and e-commerce channels in China. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for setting up e-commerce shops, executing retail channel key actions, onboarding new retailers across China, and managing day-to-day commercial activities for retail and digital channels.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and channel management, with experience in channel sales development, particularly in the industrial consumables, abrasives, and FMCG industries. The candidate should also possess a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and digital marketing, as well as product knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Active listening, communication, project management, building relationships, and a customer-first mindset are also essential qualities for this role.
