Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Specialist-China to execute our Metal cutting strategy and drive growth in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing S2MC Metal cutting strategy
- Growing KMT Share at S2MC Customers through various channels
- Developing Retail and e-channel in China
- Setting up e-channel Shop
- Executing Retail Channel key actions
- Onboarding New Retailers across China
- Managing day-to-day Commercial activities for Retail and Digital channel
- Collaborating with Product, Pricing, Manufacturing, and Territory commercial team
- Coordinating with Marketing Team for Branding and Promotions
- Managing interaction with Retailers and e-commerce partners
- Generating daily and monthly Orders and Sales through New channels
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Sales and Channel management experience
- Experience in Channel Sales Development (Industrial consumables/Abrasives/FMCG Industry)
- Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Digital Marketing
- Product Knowledge, Critical thinking, and Problem-solving skills
- Active listening, communication, and Project Management skills
- Ability to build relationships and have a customer-first mindset
- Technology savvy
