Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the company's metal cutting strategy in China, focusing on growing sales through retail and digital channels. Key objectives include developing retail and e-commerce channels, setting up online shops, and executing retail channel key actions. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for onboarding new retailers across China, piloting with identified provinces, and managing day-to-day commercial activities for retail and digital channels.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess sales and channel management experience, with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and digital marketing. They will also have product knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as active listening and communication abilities.
