Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customers, developing annual sales and key account plans, and driving sales growth through effective channel management and sales pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key customers with excellent account leadership, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Develop and execute annual sales and key account plans in line with approved operating plans.
  • Develop and maintain sales channels, including distribution, dealers, and converters.
  • Prepare and execute monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, meeting all sales and AR collection targets.
  • Develop and close target pipelines of end-user and key converter-driven projects.
  • Meet all target/planned commercial excellence metrics, utilizing relevant tools in daily work.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting and participate in relevant meetings, ensuring market feedback is properly translated for internal action.
  • Collect market information and analysis, including market size, trends, new products, and customer trends, and report back internally in a timely fashion.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • 7+ years of successful experience in managing large key accounts, with a good track record.
  • Skilled in developing solid sales and negotiation skills with customers.
  • Problem-solving, product knowledge, and technical understanding.
  • Confident and able to work under pressure, with strong interpersonal skills and execution capability.
  • University graduate with effective verbal and written communication in English.
  • Able to travel throughout the sales territory.
