Job Title: Senior Account Manager, SAS Pro Softlines

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our team in Shanghai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success for our China-based sellers on Amazon Global marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain performance, and work with sellers to improve performance
  • Proactively monitor accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and develop strategies to maximize these relationships
  • Work across all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills experience
  • Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
