Commercialization Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercialization Manager to join our team at McCormick & Company, Inc. in Shanghai. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute project commercialization, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of new products and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Operations, QA, PD, Customer Service, and Procurement teams to execute project commercialization.
  • Provide internal coordination and execution of new product launches, limited-time offers, and regular products to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support Sales Manager to optimize the commercialization process, meeting customer needs for flexibility and speed.
  • Project management, including developing timelines, facilitating cross-functional team resources, and holding regular meetings to ensure project success.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decision-making without direct authority.
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of Sales/Customer Service experience in B2B Food Industry.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Experience engaging with Key Accounts is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Self-driven and ownership.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Basic English skill is required.
  • Analytical and creative thinking.

Based in Shanghai with occasional China travel based on needs.
