Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in China. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with our customers, articulating a clear vision, and generating enthusiasm for our cloud services. You will work closely with our customers' IT organizations and business units to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer adoption of AWS services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our customers' organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to support sales efforts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of enterprise selling experience in large global automotive accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive industry knowledge
  • Experience working in a global federated enterprise working with multiple business units and influencing governance and policy
  • Ability to navigate across AWS and the customer in a trusted advisor/consultative approach
