Strategic Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration and project management skills, with experience in sales and customer service in the food industry. This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work independently and drive results. In addition, the candidate should have basic English skills and be familiar with computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project commercialization and ensure smooth delivery of products.
  2. Provide internal coordination and execution of new products and regular products to meet customer needs.
  3. Support Sales Manager in optimizing the commercialization process to meet customer requirements.
  4. Develop strong working relationships and influence key stakeholders without direct authority.

Requirements:

  1. Over 5 years of sales/customer service experience in B2B food industry.
  2. Experience in project management and engaging with key accounts is a plus.
  3. Familiarity with McCormick & Company's products and services is a plus.
