Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of BNI's China market. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to increase sales and expand the company's presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual growth targets in China.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, partners, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with the global sales team to share best practices and drive consistency in sales approaches.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of BNI's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape in China.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on market trends and sales performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a global or international market.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese market and business culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
