We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Test Systems China team, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in China.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to drive sales and product development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to drive business growth.

Your Profile

  • Proven sales leadership experience in a similar industry, with a strong track record of revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with a strong understanding of the Chinese market and culture.
