About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the petrochemical and refinery industries.
- Define sales strategies, profit margins, and market share increase goals with management.
- Plan and execute high-level customer meetings to build strong relationships and motivate customers.
- Sell Alfa Laval products through established channels or directly to customers.
- Collaborate with the central technical team on international projects, product adaptation, and engineering assistance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, application, or technical support in the petrochemical and refinery industries.
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electrical, thermos, process control, or related fields.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-cultural awareness skills.
- Able to negotiate and handle large-scale sales projects.
What You Will Get
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
