About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the petrochemical and refinery industries.
  2. Define sales strategies, profit margins, and market share increase goals with management.
  3. Plan and execute high-level customer meetings to build strong relationships and motivate customers.
  4. Sell Alfa Laval products through established channels or directly to customers.
  5. Collaborate with the central technical team on international projects, product adaptation, and engineering assistance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, application, or technical support in the petrochemical and refinery industries.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electrical, thermos, process control, or related fields.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-cultural awareness skills.
  • Able to negotiate and handle large-scale sales projects.

What You Will Get

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
