Job Description
Work closely with EB HP BU to support the business analysis, target setting and territory deployment, providing professional business insights to support strategic initiatives and focus on continuous tracking, optimization, and improvement of business efficiency.
The Core Responsibilities are:
• Carry out in-depth analysis for sales business, identify the most critical opportunity and risk that influence the business performance, put suggestions in improving sales effectiveness.
• Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to sales team on business analysis/target setting/FTE deployment/ performance dashboard.
• Improve Sales operation efficiency, review and fine-tune current operation procedures/system, identify pain points and issues. Work with BU to optimize the current processes to improve salesforce efficiency.
• Offer analysis solution(e.g. sales, IQVIA,CRM etc.) for business analysis demand, determine analysis method, conduct independent analysis of those data.
• Proactively establish effective communication channel with stakeholder. Familiar to use formal and unformal communication skill to build cooperation with stakeholder.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above. A minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated strong capabilities and experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in the hospital channel is a plus.
• Hands-on experiences on sales planning and other SFE relevant capability including sales force deployment, territory alignment, target setting, SFE KPI setting, tracking, and analytics.
• Collect related data from different channels (e.g. sales, IMS,CPA,CRM etc.),and incorporate the data collected from BU into the analysis, ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of those data
• Keep abreast of the industry information and identify the key industry trends and the potential implications to the products of company.
• Take the initiative to give recommendations to stakeholder in daily work.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
