Mission:

 

  • Develop and implement integrated HR consultation, solutions and programs to support own retail business growth and team development in adidas China east region
  • Provide leadership to Retail HR east region team, as well as work closely with HQ team, ensuring that we are providing the best HR strategies and services to attract, develop, motivate and retain talents

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with HQ team to customize and drive Retail HR strategies implementation in region
  • Develop and implement regional HR initiative according to business requirements
  • Lead high-quality management of people topics including but not limited to performance management, succession planning, compensation review, recruitment management, etc.
  • Lead workforce planning and analysis for region to shape high-productivity store teams
  • Establish the effective and efficient cooperation with legal and labor agencies to ensure labor regulations are fully complied, resolve labor relation related issue and staff security
  • Maintain a high level of communication with regional retail leadership and promote positive employee relations in the work environment
  • Build up and maintain a trusted relationship, provide coaching to store managers and employees for continuous development and engagement
  • Source solutions to build skills and capabilities by effective partnership with HR COE communities
  • Provide coaching and leadership to own team, foster HR talent development

Knowledge Skills and Abilities Requirements:

 

  • Good business acumen and knowledge about the industry
  • HR subject matter expert
  • Consulting Capabilities: Brokering solutions to meet business needs, ability to sell HR solutions to the business, trusted advisor, small group facilitation, coaching skills, project management and delivery.
  • Approachable and strong interpersonal, communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good at planning and well organized
  • Collaborative
  • Good leadership and team coaching skills

 

 

Required Education and Experiences:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR function in international organization with people manager experience in consumer/fashion industry
  • Experience in retail HR is a must
