Overview
Microsoft is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Consumer Sales Organization (CSO) team as a Distribution Sales Manager for the GCR markets. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth through retailers, distributors, and mobile operators for all Devices & Creativity products, including M365, Windows Consumer, Surface, and Accessories.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales delivery and execution, with a focus on distribution channel management. They will be responsible for cultivating and influencing distribution partners to amplify business impact and Microsoft's consumer strategy.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with partners to drive mutual growth and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
Proactively engage with distribution partners to drive business impact and growth for Microsoft.
Collaborate with partners to develop and execute winning strategies for selling through a portfolio of distributor-managed retailers.
Drive growth initiatives such as digital transformation and ensure alignment with Microsoft's strategic priorities.
Build trusted relationships with partners to drive mutual growth and strategic alignment.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or related roles in the technology industry.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. OR a Master degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Track record of sales delivery and execution, with a focus on distribution channel management.
Great understanding of consumer channels and retail landscape.
Demonstrated ability to drive long-term sustainable sales growth with partners.
Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English communication in a multinational organization.
