Global Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Key Account Manager to lead our key accounts in the automotive industry.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a sales professional to develop and maintain strategic relationships with top clients, drive business growth, and increase revenue.
Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and track project progress to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and driving customer satisfaction.
- Gain deep understanding of client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product managers and technical experts, to resolve customer issues and enhance overall user experience.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, gather feedback, and continuously improve services to meet their evolving needs.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue, develop sales strategies, explore secondary opportunities, and increase market share.
- Promote Bosch's full-service solutions capability and participate in key customer development, relationship maintenance, and after-sales service tracking.
- Manage customer accounts receivable, monitor credit levels, and maintain accurate customer files.
- Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development Teams to realize customer projects and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of automobile systems and the automotive industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of financial information and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments satisfying multiple customers.
- Proven record of meeting commitments with high standards of ethics and integrity.
- National travel with reasonable frequency.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
