As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the regional marketing strategy/activities addressing market needs in a profitable way. You will work for Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes brands for the China region. You are to develop a winning regional marketing strategy to grow lead and opportunity pipeline.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

·Utilising available market intelligence on customer requirements/unmet needs/market trends, developing and owning the China regional marketing strategy for PSI businesses

·Developing deep understanding of the differing needs and wants of each sub-region/country/market/vertical/groups of customers and tailor regional marketing strategy accordingly

·Aligning with the common process for Regional Marketing activities across the businesses that details how regional marketing campaigns are conceptualised/executed

·Partnering with Commercial teams/Product and Digital Marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns applicable for the needs of specific sub-regions/countries/vertical markets/customers/channel partners

·Partnering with Product/Digital Marketing teams to ensure regional marketing campaigns are effectively deployed to target audience considering budget and team bandwidth

·Owning and managing channel partner marketing strategy and execution for the region, ensuring content is available for target sub-regions/countries/markets

·Partnering with the Regional Marketing Leader – PSI to develop an all-encompassing regional marketing strategy for the business

To be successful in this role you will:

·Have a Bachelor in Marketing, Business or another relevant subject from an accredited school

·Demonstrate extensive experience in Regional Marketing

·Demonstrate experience of formulating a goal-orientated action plan and subsequent successful achievement of that plan

·Have great oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

·Show technically competent with expertise in content localisation and deployment, channel partner marketing, localised SEO/SEM, events management

·Have the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a wide range of regionally and globally located stakeholders

·Display the influential, energetic and enthusiastic, with the drive, ambition and resilience to make things happen and deliver outstanding performance

·Have exceptional creativity and critical-thinking capabilities
