HSBC's Wealth and Personal Banking is a global business that combines Retail Banking and Wealth Management, and Global Private Banking, to become a global wealth manager with trillions in assets.

Our team serves millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management, and private banking, that best suit our customers' needs.

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill this role.

In this role, you will:

1. Be responsible for the successful implementation of Premier Acquisition strategies.

2. Acquire new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads.

3. To deliver a high-quality service to our highest value personal clients, the role holder will need to complete simple retail sales.

4. Accomplish training, coaching, and accreditation requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2. Strong presentation and sales skills.

3. Objection handling techniques and work under pressure.

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Customer service orientation.

6. Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by the market.

7. Attain any internal standards as required by HSBC.
