Your Role at Impact.com
As a Marketing Development Representative, you'll work closely with marketing leaders from top-tier brands and innovative start-ups to understand how Impact.com can bring new value to their business. You'll engage with prospects, educate them about our transformative technology, and create opportunities for our account executive team through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify prospects about our technology and solution
- Create opportunities for our account executive team
- Work closely with Account Executives to build a pipeline for Impact.com's products
- Track and manage prospects through Salesforce.com
- Participate in team meetings, networking, trade show events, and activities to grow the business
- Provide valuable market and product feedback to drive Impact.com's business development strategy
- Lead diagnostics calls with inbound leads
- Drive strategy and creation of messaging to be used in core verticals
- Mentor less tenured BDRs
- Participate in 1:1 mentor program with AE or sales leadership
Requirements
- Customer service skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Persuasive communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree a plus
- Experience in any customer-facing service industry (retail, telesales, real-estate, etc.)
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
- Hungry, humble, and smart; self-motivated and passionate about marketing and technology
- Fluent in Chinese and English
